Shipping And Handling
We strive to ship your products and have you receive them quickly as possible. We use USPS priority mail which insures a lower cost to our customers and quick delivery time. Our customers generally receive ordered products 2 to 4 days from the date of their order. The items (Colorant Kits) and (Caulking) ship from the manufacturer via FedEx Ground although shipping in checkout indicates Priority mail.
If your item is not in stock, we will order directly from the manufacturer and have the item drop shipped to your "ship to" address.
Orders from any state except California do not pay sales tax on their purchased items.
We are quite confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase from GroutGetter.com. If there is any problem or concern when you receive the product, we would appreciate the opportunity to provide an acceptable solution within 15 days. Simply email email@example.com and give a brief explanation of your concern and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
If a return is authorized, return the merchandise using United States Postal Service and mail to: Grout Getter Company, P.O. Box 1553 Morro Bay CA 93443. Return shipping must be prepaid.
The Products (Grout Colorant Kits) and (Caulkings) sales are final and can not be returned. If there was an error on your order that was our fault, please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly correct the order specifics. Email or call our customer service (805)-772-2103
